The magic beauty advice.

The magic beauty

How many of us actually know about this? I recently found out and did some research of the golden milk, I was astonished how much healthy benefit it has.

What is the golden milk?... and what its good for?

Well, golden milk is a combination of the yellow spice turmeric along with coco milk or coco oil and add some honey for taste. You can also use normal milk or almond milk, which ever you prefer. I like it with coco milk as I am staying away from milk products for now. It is a truly magic beauty drink, and it is good for your hair, skin, colds, depression, cravings and a hell of a lot more.

Turmeric contains curcumin a powerful polyphenol antioxidant in addition to that its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and it works as a painkiller also.

You can make a magic beauty cup and drink it before bed time or you can also start your day with golden milk.
              • It clears your skin
              • Strengthens the immune system
              • Improves digestion
              • Detoxifies the liver
              • Regulates metabolism and body weight
              • Regulates blood pressure
              • Improves memory and brain function.
Spice up your life and look more pretty - just by sipping one cup of this amazing drink. You can find many recipes online.  I have attached one of the easier ways to prepare it.

How to Make Golden Milk:
1 teaspoon of organic coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric paste
1 cup of almond milk
Organic, raw, unfiltered honey for taste

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together over medium heat except the honey. Do not allow it to boil. Add a bit of honey for taste and drink as soon as it is cool enough.

Women Empowerment

Women Empowerment Event in Dubai

I was the official presenter of this inspiring event last Thursday, which took place at the Conrad Hotel, the Vesna restaurant (Slavic cuisine). We celebrated orthodox Christmas and women empowerment.

The opening address was given by Josh Mangila the award winning writer and the Editor in Chief of Xpedition Middle East.

Following the opening address the event was focussed on five women, each representing different individual industries.

Sophie Toh: Sophie is the founder of Toh PR and many other achievement in her life journey. She gave an amazing inspiring speech about the young-women who are sometimes facing struggles when they are starting their new career and they stop believing in themselves, thinking that they will never be successful in what they do. I enjoyed her speech very much.

Lenka Josefiova: Lenka is from the Czech Republic. She is crowned miss European tourism 2015 and miss Intercontinental 2014 and she is also a good friend of mine. She spoke about a different angle in relation to women empowerment, women and beauty. What is actual beauty - is it only from the outside or also inner beauty.

Mariecar Jara: Mariecar is a journalist and a senior reporter from Gulf Today covering amongst others women's issues and she spoke about different women issues. About her own believe in been an empowered woman, her strong relationship to god and about believing in yourself.

Julia Milan: Julia is a Dubai based Slovakian designer and she spoke about a young girl's dream that one day became reality. She got what she wanted as she believed in her dreams. a young woman with ambition.

Alexandra Vovchenko: Alexandra is from Ukraine and the owner of Vesna restaurant where the event was held. A successful business woman.

The event was attended by media, bloggers and friends.

I had so much fun presenting these honourable females, and listening to many different opinions about what others believe in or makes them feel that they are empowered. I admire smart beautiful women who knows what they want in their life and go out there and get it, fight for it no matter what. I believe in equality - there is nothing that we can't do - we were not born to be in the kitchen or to just carry babies and stay home cooking all day. On the other hand I do respect everyones choice when it is indeed their own choice and not other people that made them believe that they are weak or have no rights (brainwash them). Every woman has skills, dreams, beliefs, and we all have a mission, desires and goals in life that we should never let anyone take from us or make us believe any different.

We should respect each other as women and inspire each other, guide each other and empower other women out there.

Some of my favourite quotes are:

"If you want something said, ask a man; if you want something done, ask a woman."

"I raise up my voice—not so I can shout, but so that those without a voice can be heard...we cannot succeed when half of us are held back."

"Women are leaders everywhere you look—from the CEO who runs a Fortune 500 company to the housewife who raises her children and heads her household.

"The question isn't who's going to let me; it's who's going to stop me."

"Women have always been the strong ones of the world. The men are always seeking from women a little pillow to put their heads down on. They are always longing for the mother who held them as infants."

Who run the World? Girlssss
