Rock Your Body

Stop comparing yourself to others and learn how to love yourself instead, learn how to accept compliments from other.

There is nothing wrong with admiring someone's figure or look, I do it all the time, it helps me to build my motivation to be as fit as this person.

Stop the negative self images and unhealthy habits, compliment your self instead!! Each day compliment one new thing. For example  today I have great fresh looking skin.

Wear cloth that makes you look and feel great about your body. If you feel amazing in what you wear then go for it and wear exactly that..

Find confidence in strength. Learn how to appreciate the things you can do.

Dance, run or weight lifting... what ever you are fabulous at.

Give your self credit for what your body achieves everyday :-) Walk to words that you want...don't give it up and eventually you will get there.

Lemon water

I  recommend replacing your morning coffee with lemon water for at least 2 weeks. I am going to start doing it again also... tried it for two or 3days and stopped.. but i really did feel better in the morning then drinking coffee...so this time i am defintly going to try it for longer time and i hope you will try it with me:-)
I am sure you’ll see lot of positive benefits to your energy, mood and health. Here is why:
I have read  that in cases where toxins have built up in the body, the lemon juice and peel have cleansing properties. Lemons are high in Vitamin C which is essential for normal growth and development. A single lemon contains around 30-40 mg of Vitamin C .
Vitamin C has been studied extensively and shown to have a myriad of health benefits from protecting against prenatal problems to cardiovascular disease, eye diseases, skin wrinkles, and immune system deficiencies. It acts as an antioxidant and helps protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. And that is not all.

 Less Appetite & Weight Loss

One of the other things that I have read about drinking hot water with lemon or cold for refresh in the after noon significantly reduced weight gain when a diet high in fat was being consumed. Most people whether they want to admit it or not fall in the high fat diet category.
Pectin and polyphenols are the main substances found in lemons that have more research available showing weight loss and appetite suppressing qualities. Pectin gives a feeling a fullness much like other soluble dietary fibers, that may help reduced caloric intake.
If you find yourself struggling with always being hungry this is worth looking at. which I think is a great idea to add lemon water into your diet with out changeing much around.
Good luck everyone let me know how you feel after that:-)

Get fit & stay healthy

Get Fit & Stay Healthy

BALANCE IS KEY
The first secret that diet companies, slimming tablets, exercise videos and books won’t tell you is — balance. It is the right balance of exercise, right amount of food and right amount of giving reward to yourself when you have successfully done the former and the latter – and yes it includes cakes and chocolates too. How can we live with out it!! I love them myself but I don't eat them everyday, I try to be careful as that sweet delicious stuff is addictive! LOL.

DETOX DETOX DETOX
Start the morning with lemon-infused lukewarm water as it gives you energy for the day, detoxifies the toxins and promotes fast metabolism. Try avoiding processed food, including artificial juices and synthetic cookies even if the package says ‘less calories’, ‘healthier’, ‘slimming’ or ‘no additional sugar’. Some products display accurate information while some are misleading. Make sure you educate yourself enough to know the difference.

GYM IS WHERE HOME IS
Make it a habit to exercise before breakfast even for half an hour, you can jog every night before sleeping whilst enjoying fresh air, good music and nicer weather during these months. You can also try boxing at home as its much cheaper to buy boxing gloves and punching bag (know that whatever men can do, women can do too).

You do not need to spend a fortune on a gym or health club. You can exercise wherever you are; even during your breaks inside the office. Always eat the right portion and maintain the right balance. Remember to practice this every day and you will realise healthy living just becomes a habit.

Boost your health

Boost your health with vitamin B1

Vitamin  B1 is called B1 because it was the first vitamin B to be discovered. It's found in many foods. It keeps the body opreating propely and it plays an import role in the production of red blood cells, while it keeps us healthy, active and energised.

Vitamin B1 also help to regulate your appetite and it prevents you from over-eating. In addation to this it makes your body release the energy by using stored fats, carbs and protein and burn them.

Great news is, that it is not only good for you, but helps to lose weight too. Vitamin B1 works as a powerful antioxidant and we all know why that is important (if not check my other posts :-)). In any case I will say it again and again. Antioxidants protect your body from ageing.

The magic beauty advice.

The magic beauty

How many of us actually know about this? I recently found out and did some research of the golden milk, I was astonished how much healthy benefit it has.

What is the golden milk?... and what its good for?

Well, golden milk is a combination of the yellow spice turmeric along with coco milk or coco oil and add some honey for taste. You can also use normal milk or almond milk, which ever you prefer. I like it with coco milk as I am staying away from milk products for now. It is a truly magic beauty drink, and it is good for your hair, skin, colds, depression, cravings and a hell of a lot more.

Turmeric contains curcumin a powerful polyphenol antioxidant in addition to that its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and it works as a painkiller also.

You can make a magic beauty cup and drink it before bed time or you can also start your day with golden milk.
              • It clears your skin
              • Strengthens the immune system
              • Improves digestion
              • Detoxifies the liver
              • Regulates metabolism and body weight
              • Regulates blood pressure
              • Improves memory and brain function.
Spice up your life and look more pretty - just by sipping one cup of this amazing drink. You can find many recipes online.  I have attached one of the easier ways to prepare it.

How to Make Golden Milk:
1 teaspoon of organic coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric paste
1 cup of almond milk
Organic, raw, unfiltered honey for taste

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together over medium heat except the honey. Do not allow it to boil. Add a bit of honey for taste and drink as soon as it is cool enough.

Thanks to all my reader, and I apologize for not writing for a while I had a really busy time and lots of uni project to finish up. but i am back now. :-)
