**Okku we love**

**Okku we love**

Out with my grls

Sunday at Okku with my lovely friends is always such a fun night. Sipping wines having a lovely dinner and giggling the whole time. and of course taking lots of selfies and snap chat ;-P

I love spending time on getting ready to go and meet up with my girls. We all look so glamorous and pretty. I normally start by playing music while I am getting  ready to go, it gets me in the mood. Shower, blow dry my hair, makeup and dress up, get my heels on and out of the door.

On the waaaaaaay

We start sending each other selfies and snapchat while we are on the way to meet up. I think being crazy is fun, makes life more exiting and we don't care what other might think - "girls just wanna have fun".

Of course arriving hardly ever on time - when it comes to going out we are almost always late.
Arriving to Okku almost looking perfect, fresh makeup and nice hair.
Meeting up, starting to drink, chat, gossip and catch up with all the things we have been waiting to share to each other. It is one life - just live it.

I love the food and the atmosphere at Okku. It starts with a lovely dinner with great background music and it bulids up slowly - then start's the pARTYY.

YUMMY

WE ENJOYED EVERY BIT.

After a few drinks, we all start declearing love to one another. lol

Once the night is over, you come home and you try some advanced moves, or if you somewhere else and still on the road you have to make do with whats available. I myself think I can fly after 3am so I go and take some spins around my pole at home before i get ready for bed.

Healthy skin

Healthy Skin

My facial routine

I like using Clinique products because its more natural  and fragrance free with SPF protection from the sun. I love it because it doesn't  leave my skin oily and shinny.

I use protect & prevent:

Step 1:  I start with washing my face with liquid facial soap.
Step 2: I take a cotton-bud and with the cleanser clarifying lotion clean the skin again.
Step 3: Use repairwear uplifting youth surge, night and day cream and for under eyes moisture surge.

Try to apply product that contains hyaluronic acid from time to time.

But this is not all what it takes to have a good skin and stay young for longer which we all want.
Its also about how much we sleep, what we eat and what we drink.

Water

Water is really important for our body to work properly and for our skincare. Its a free facial treatment.

Drink at least 8 glasses per day, it will help you clean your body and get rid of the toxins. Getting greater flawless skin - we all want that right?

So remember to drink water+water+water+water+water and more water.

Sleep

We all know sleep is a naturally recurring state of mind and rest for our body, as sleep support our memory while lack of sleep has impact on our health. Lack of sleep ages your skin, but sleep more and avoid puffy eyes, fine lines, and dark circles under the eyes.

When you don't get  enough of sleep your body releases more of stress hormone and that breaks down our skin collagen.

Healthy eating

One of the benefits of eating healthy food is that you get a greater skin.

Add Vitamin C to your diet like orange and many others - it protects your skin from the sun. The sun in Dubai can be tough we have sun almost every day LOL.

Vitamin E saves the skin from getting damaged. You find it in some oils, nuts, seeds, olives, spinach and asparagus.

Omega 3 and Omega 6 :-) keeps away dryness and helps smooth our skin leaving it looking younger. You find it in canola oils, flex seeds, walnuts, and in cold water fish.

Last but not least drink green tea because it cleanse our body and it helps to slow down the DNA damage.

Journey of Freedom

Journey of Freedom

Journey of transformation.

Journey of freedom from the past old wounds and bad energy that is surrounding  us sometimes, to be released, one by one pushing the clouds away, helping us to see a clear sun and start to see new possibilities, new way of been you.

The feeling of been totally set free with wings to fly and going beyond what we believe is possible. What others tell you does not matter, it is you who need to make the impossible a reality.

Trust in something great.

To make this change, trust in your self,  and learn to release everything that holds you back or have been holding you from finding yourself, and from going beyond what you thought you could do. Trust in loving someone who have faith in you and who can help you fly and fly with you under the warm golden sun. Holding to each other with no fear and share your love.

You have the power to make choices (I hate these words - I have no choice). There is always one but just need to push these clouds to see our way of being. and reshape yourself, in mind in body in soul and what we are capable of.

First step is believing and begin to understand yourself, who you really are, what you could be and what you would like to be.
Being free is the best feeling ever, but we don't get the chance to be free for long. You always get held by something. but try to be free.

Fly.
Accept the new you with open hands.

Butterfly Garden

Butterfly Garden

I was on a day trip today with my family to the Butterfly Garden. It was great  to see so many different kind of butterflies, but was also very sad to see how many butterflies people killed to make with them pictures in stead of leaving them flying around with many beautiful colors.

captured butterflies

And this (the above) is nothing, there is a big huge room full of photos like that with several thousand dead beautiful butterflies.

Big signs say don't touch the butterflies and even the employee's who supposed protect the rules they were touching the butterflies and many of them couldn't fly anymore. I believe nature shouldn't be captured in a prison.

However I loved watching them,  butterflies are  elegant  filled with grace beauty and magic. It create great energy watching them flying around, lending on flowers, but I was really scared if they would land on me as they are after-all a kind of an insect and I am terrified of insects...LOL. I can stand next to a lion but not to spider. I would leave the whole house to the spider and walk out ahahahahah they are so not  some thing attractive for the eyes to see.

Halloween

Halloween

Halloween has become less about literal ghosts and more about costumes and parties. I am not quite sure about how much Dubai spends on halloween but year by year halloween is becoming increasingly popular.

I read in an article that Americans spend USD 7.4 billion on trick-or-treating and other Halloween festivals, including candy, decorations and costumes this year. OMG that is a lot of cashhhhhhh.

I love how we all share different cultures here in sunny Dubai. We all celebrate popular events together.

Haunted House

My husband and I threw a house party, he spent time decorating the house and I took over the food. We had an awesome 3rd halloween house party at our home with many of our lovely friends.
Everyone arrived dressed up, which was a great job, some were scary some were cute  and some were sexy, but one of my favourite costume was Hitler. I thought that was super cool and funny but I don't believe everyone thought the same... lol. My husband was the Joker and I was Catwoman this year.

Meowwwww

Hitler has to pay for what he has done!!

My six-pack is real!.. It was not part of halloween outfit. :-)

Halloween @ MPDD

I went yesterday to a halloween party at MPDD, I was dressed up as a barbie doll - or at least tried to be.

My lovely friend Pearl and me.
